Now that you've said "yes" to this opportunity to create massive change towards experiencing better quality restorative sleep, we have a few action items to help you get set up for success.

Before you dive into that, I wanted to let you know that our live mastermind sessions as well as the support and accountability processes for the program will take place within our online platform and in a space called The Wave Café.

Also, your complimentary Wave Masters membership and all of the content and engagement it has to offer, are also found within our online platform.

Step One: Download the App for Membership Community Access

Download the Kajabi Communities app that will give you instant access to our community space, called The Wave Café, as well as post notifications for all announcements and events and much more. While you can certainly use your browser to access your full membership platform and our community, the app can make things easy and convenient. 

Step Two: Check Your Email for Onboarding Details

Head over to check your email and then watch for emails over the next week or so that will help you get started in engaging with the community and preparing for our first live session.

Step Three: Introduce Yourself in the Community

It's finally time to meet your fellow Waves of Sleep Mastermind Members. Login into your membership home page now then head into our meeting space, called The Wave Café, then click the Sleep Accountability Discussion Circle (in the left sidebar), and finally create a post to introduce yourself and tell us why you decided to take this step to regain quality sleep.
