I believe we should all be working to reclaim time so we can focus on what truly matters. That means eliminating, delegating, or automating the things that don’t serve us. When you do, your calendar clears, stress drops, and the freedom to use your time intentionally expands.
One challenge is simply getting out of your own way to create this kind of change. That’s tough enough. But another challenge arises when your time-saving efforts clash with your values—maybe even your core values.
