How long do you think you’ll live?
What number just popped into your mind?
At some point in your life you began to formulate a belief of how long you would live. It may have been influenced by your parents and how long they lived, things you’ve read, heard, or seen in the news, on TV, on social media. It could have been through conversations with your friends over the years.
Unconsciously, deep inside, that number is there. It has been influencing the way you live, at least to some degree, and could also influence when you die.
